Seperate Area for System Messages

I would like if certain messages were allowed to expire especially if it's some sort of notification. Luck maps, lryus/kraken/santa, spider queen/dragon are only relevant for that one round or one map and really shouldn't stay forever.

Things like worm queen destroyer(and soon IOD Pro) aren't that relevant to the server to have announced every time it happens.
I'd go on a limb and include global godlikes which are so common you'll probably get more messages in one day than actual shoutbox messages in a week
