I think muffle is too common to really buff it too much, I've already re-worked it before. It's not supposed to be anything like insanely useful. It is one of the most basic traits out there, and it's quite annoying already, at least as a boss, to get muffled constantly.
It's not a full fledged ability, it's just a tiny addition to your gun. It's current range is 3-6 seconds. I'll change it to 6-10 for now.
