Final Notes: Soulmasher is one of those people that aren't really I guess noticed too much within the server, but he is quite active and a responsible person throughout the community. He doesn't really voice out much (he doesnt use a mic... doesnt help that), but he knows the rules, what he's doing and I see no reason not to make him a member. No issues here. +1
