I do not recall either of them saying "they're testing their weapon", and you were reported twice, neither report said anything about that, nor did the shot logs.

I'm currently trying to find the logs of when it happened but from when I think it was the logs are not showing.

Unless Leo and (whoever the other person was) lied to me abotu what happened in the reports, or somehow the logs are telling false information, then I dunno what to say.
