Gun bag for clue scrolls

What about the option to "open" on any scroll to access a pseudo bag. Where you can put weapons in, but you have to sacrifice the guns to get them in the scroll bag. Making them untradable, only available when you have a scroll, and irreversible to get back. During the kill mission, you can only retrieve the gun/tier from the scroll. Once you're done with the scroll, your weapons are unavailable until you get another scroll.

I feel this is somewhat fair. You can't use this as a free backpack since you can only retrieve what you need for the scroll. Also, its insensitivity to only put low tier guns into the scroll.
