Well the market has cooldowns for a reason, its not just there to bug you.
Plus it wouldn't really be fair to anyone if you could just mass insta buy any weapon.
Brassx has already stated a ton of times that it just isn't possible at the moment. They use two different item structures which makes it not currently compatible with the market.
