#1: Lower the Turtle Damage by a LOT, but make it spawn a LOT more turtles

They die too quick, and don't do any damage. I know they're annoying, but they are hardly a weapon for a Traitor.

Please double the amount of Turtles and double the movement speed of them. Thank you.
