Do not RDM is a general rule of TTT, not just one of this server. Considering you’ve complained before of others doing it to you, it’s very obvious you’re aware of the rule and what it means, so please don’t use the “well I’m new so I didn’t know” crap. Theres absolutely no chance you’re getting your ban entirely repealed.
Having said that, I’m willing to shorten your ban to three months. If you come back after that time and you continue to cause problems, you’ll be perma’d with no chance of appeal.
