What about if the snowglobe effect doesn't have velocity anymore(doesn't shoot forward), instead is 'attached' the the snowglobe. Maybe you can drop the snowglobe too and it will still emit from it giving you all the damage/buffs from it (allowing you to place it somewhere strategically). Along with that, you will be immune to the effects of it for the most part (you wont be able to see shit).
So the blizzard will be attached directly to you, when activated your gravity could* also be lower allowing you to float (due to the wind).

- Still leeches HP and speed, however, the speed effect won't instantly go away as players exit the blizzard. Instead they will moderately 'drain'. Allowing you to keep the speed boost for a short time.
- It can never drain anyone past a certain health (5 - 10 hp?). Meaning it can't directly kill anyone.
- When active you(the user of it) won't be able to use any other weapon. Perhaps if I remove being able to drop it while active, I can make it so you can't switch to any other weapons while it's active too.
