Cross Server Global Chat

I would imagine this would be a dead thing only. Mainly because you wouldn't want living players sitting there talking cross server or on the forums instead of playing the game we all love. I do however agree. Since i am still only lvl 5 and have no access to the lobby i often find myself abandoned and lonely when on frg. So if i was to be able to contact those on others servers at the time that would be swell. I love the idea
