Unfortunately, a few of these aren't exactly possible with the current systems.
Rune of Merchanting and Rune of Questing.
These would require a HEAVY rewrite of the entire database structure for quests/weapon shops, if not a complete new system for it. Although having the weapon shop so it's different for everyone may be something to look into doing in general though.
