Dmg: -5% in regular form, +30% in sniper?
Accuracy: +10%
ROF:-5%, -50% in sniper
Reload speed: -10%
Stability: -15%
Mobility: -5
Clip: +10, (sniper form uses 5 shots)
Special trait: When scoped in, becomes more of a DMR (semi auto, stronger damage, needs a charge to be able to one shot headshot)
Oh the base would be an SG552.
