Even so, I don't know that I want to ban him for 8 damage, could have been a misclick (and the following 12(?) damage as self-defense).
There's not really enough evidence either, he could have been called out falsely or whatever, no witnesses to testify it.
I'll leave this open for another mod to look at incase they feel differently about it.
