[Change] Mysterious Weapons

Please allow people who are leveling Mysterious weapons to be able to properly reset if the gun turns legendary.
As they are currently if your gun becomes legendary you can no longer go for prim.
Considering soulbounds exist, can Mysterious pls be allowed to do the thing it was made to do.

I was under the impression that at max level mysterious weapons lost their pseudo-trait to mutate. Regardless of outcome.

When you max level you have 1/8 for legendary and like 1/16 for prim, or nothing happens and you use a restoration rune and relevel. But if it turns legendary its stuck legendary.
