Pogseal Grenades should damage karma SLIGHTLY

If you're throwing them at groups of people every round, it should hurt your karma a bit. Enough to matter, not enough to make them unusable.

It already leaves a log in the damagelogs about who you hit with a pogseal. But I guess.
