Stat chart: All negative stats. Something like -20 or -40 on everything. If possible. Final values left up to devs.

Special effect: Dragonfall. - When used during a dragon round, all stats are inverted.

Special text: "We took down Feuerschwinge. We can take down more."

Slight problem! The model I was referring to functions in a vastly different manner than I originally thought once I tested it in game. Thus, replacement!

No that would be stupidly strong, instead how about a Galil that deals -300% damage to players but that stat switches if you shoot at something that's not a player.
