I want to bring this post back up. I really want there to be a meeting about the rules, because right now it seems like every single staff member is on a different page with the current rule set.
It doesn't have to be a huge thing, maybe just 15-20 minutes of just talking about the current rules and clearing up a lot of misconceptions and possibly adding/removing certain rules.
