Inventory Won't Work

I got this error in console whenever i try and open it i get this error

Anyone know how to fix i also get script error and when i open it i get a grey box with window in top left of it

I also get it when I click on a weapon link in chat.
I also dont get the pop up when i click on a dead body.

I haven't seen this happen to anyone else. Does it happen every single time you join? Or was it only that one time?
