Reforging a Starter Gun

I've been playing Starbound lately, and if you keep the original broken sword from the start of the game, you can get it upgraded into a pretty nifty weapon. I figured that this would be fun for people who still have one or both of their Starter weapons. It'd be untradeable and probably just around a simple Rare tier, but any other (well,. hell, all of) the details would be up to Brass.

Seems unfair to people that deleted them because they thought they were useless after getting passed level 2, and needed more inventory space.
