Dropping Melees

After you drop your melee, in a few seconds it gives you a crowbar, making you unable to pick up your melee, please fix to not give you a crowbar if you dropped your melee

This happens after the round has started? No such thing happens to me on my test server.

During preparing, dropped it, got no crowbar, picked it back up fine.

During round however, i dropped it, immediately acquired a crowbar out of thin air, but now im able to drop the crowbar to pick my melee back up, and after the first time i got the crowbar, dropping my melee was fine.
