Prim Tag that has like a 5% chance when all dalies are complete.
New Prim Tag that lets you claim certain quests from maybe the cog quest guy.
Upon completion it would give you a Rune that lets you use that monthly for 3 hours, and it would cost 10k to do the quest again.
This is because I agree kinda with both camps on the untradeable monthly thing, since it would be fun to be able to use it but I wouldnt want there to be untradeables.
-Possibities-
Could also be that the monthly changes every week so you cant just always grab a Gamblers Rune if you want to use it, you would have to stock up on them kinda like the daily weapons.
Could also just give you a random monthly rune so its a bit more grind to get what you want so you cant just pop in whenever and use a monthly you dont own.
Could also be a quest to complete like x amount of dailies to recieve tag.
