Add a NPC - Trap Master
This NPC gives a small text bubble explaining traps.
You can then buy traps and such, or check on your trap.
Traps would then be a alternative to fishing using rods, making it easier to catch fish, but worse chances of good fish and longer wait time. You also need to check on traps with the Trap Master
Just a fun thing to add to the fishing experience (no ulterior motives here, none at all)
