I think there should be some sort of crystal that takes traits to charge.
I think it would be best if there were two, one needing % of damage extra to any gun, and a second one that takes add ammo to clip trait, somehow lower is better so like, i dont know how you would code it but 1 in 12 would be more charging than a 1 in 15...
