I think once or twice a day it would be fine, but we NEED more quests that give more than 15 fragments. Right now it's hard to get fragments because if we had the once or twice a day shop changing then we would need quests that give more fragments, so we can get the thing that's in the shop. Let's say a Swift is in the shop and then you are doing a quest and you finish the next day and you can't get the swift anymore, so you basically did the quest for nothing.

More Quests and I would be fine with this.
