It looks like he may have been messing around with friends. He never actually RDMed you or anyone I recognize as an every day player of FRG besides Seto. If the people he was killing didn't report him then it isn't a huge issue to mess around with friends a few times a map. Next time get the reports on him if people did in fact report him. I will ban him for a week for the blatant RDM of Seto and some karma bait he caused. Closed.
