*Landing 3 shots on a target without missing spawns a couple orbs from the shooter that fly to the target, dealing X amount of damage and steals a percentage of their movement speed. If an orb kills someone, the next set of orbs does increased damage.

I like it, but I think stealing speed would be cooler. (So steal their speed for x% and you gain a flat movement speed based off of how much is taken, or just % if thats too complex and not worth the trouble)
