Definition of Ostentatious: "characterized by vulgar or pretentious display; designed to impress or attract notice."
Although Vulgar implies that the song lacks good taste and is unrefined or simply just bad; which it is when you shoot

It is a Violin that shoots
Has a Reload Animation, Shooting animation, and Idle Animation that plays the violin (Playing the Violin)
Secondary Weapon Slot:
Stats:
15 damage a hit (Damage)
10 bullets shot a second (Firerate)
(Other stats should be randomized from -20% to +30%)
Unique Ability:
Alternate Fire Buffs players around the user; Alternate Fire Plays A song (using the idle animation the model has) and For all players within the radius who hear the song are buffed with status effects.
-The song must be played for 3 full seconds, then after this time the buff is recieved for all players near the User (musician)?
-The Buff lasts 20 seconds
-The AOE moves with the player who activates the AOE
-Any buffs applied to players go up to +10 to +15%
-Jump Height Buff goes up to +35%
