I don't think the drop rate has changed but if you want one I know Neko hoards them

I have two collecting dust in my bank, right next to a "Legendary" Banshee's. UMP's are GARBAGE on this server. Is it to much to ask for ONE decent UMP?

The only redeeming value is the "WHAT ARE THOSE!" trait, and since you can get that on any other gun, there's no point.
