  Trade offers are a way to advertise, and sell your items, for things other than just coins(like the marketplace). Everything here is anonymous to the normal player, and communication between players is slim to none here. This helps prevent sharking/scamming from someone misleading someone else, or trade biases.
  
  The items you list, or the items you offer, are NOT removed from your Inventory, until the trade is accepted. This allows you to take offers on your favorite weapon and continue using it while doing so, only after you accept an offer will it be removed. The same goes for offering.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I think I've done a good job. I've rarely ran into problems I haven't been able to handle. I've made a few mistakes for sure but I feel a lot more confident than when I was just promoted. But if I'm doing any major things wrong hopefully I can get some constructive criticism

Any additional testimony(if needed): The first time I've been staff on anything, so this has definitely been a learning experience for me.

It has come to my attention a number of players are unhappy with when I hand out things to others at my own discretion. It is my server, so it is within my discretion to do so, but that doesn't mean I want to continue doing such things if it does make others unhappy/feel unfair.

I've been doing things like this since the old NTG days(giving out rusted dragoon items and stuff as memes), I just like to show appreciation to players(typically non problematic players), especially if they take it upon themselves to do something cool, without really even expecting anything in return.

Some examples:

• I meme challenged A2 to beat Abyssal with a bad rifle, and he pulled through. I didn't expect it, so I hooked him up with a cool standard rifle, completely untradeable.
• Fancy beat mammon with a rifle so I put a godlike trait on it, though that one I did put in the giveaway. (it was pre-crafting so items like that were a huge deal)
• I made the entire 'eternal' det round/traitor round based on vhoxel collecting 10k Detective tokens, even gave him a custom title for it.
• Mousey had the most easter pass XP, and him and others memed me every day for "egg tp rune" or something like that, so I had an interesting high stake idea. I told mousey I'd do a coinflip on steam, we'd livestream it, if I won I'd delete his staff of osiris, if he won I'd put egg tp on it. Told him to never trade it.

  He chose the coinflip, and miraculously won.

What really happened?: People were saying very transphobic remarks and instead of simply talking to a staff member I decided to take things into my own hands and proceeded to fight bigotry... with bigotry my racial slurs and remarks were absolutely horrid and I'm so sorry and basically the server had enough of my bullshit because of all the problems I caused in my past with the sr,paps incident and all these stupid little incidents and I'm so sorry for all of the stupid shit I've done in my past, Also recently I got on an account called Mesquire3 which is why I can now add alt evade to my list of ban reasons

Additional details: I'm so sorry for what I did in the past as you've noticed for the 5 hours I was on my alt I did nothing but be nice and kind the meds have really changed me I swear. I understand no one wanted to ban me because they had no PROOF that I changed well here it is here is your proof I swear everyone that played with me will say that I was not toxic AT ALL please unban me, I hate moat so much its so toxic and the owner is a fucking pedophile or some shit idk i fucking hate it here please just give me one more chance another slip up and Fucking ban my ass for eternity also i'm so sorry for making an alt I understand that will lessen my ban appeal chances but god I had so much fun I miss this place so much just please let me back on I could wait 2 more years It could just be changed to a 2 year ban a one year ban a month ban fuck even a 3 year ban but god please just let me back on the server I understand this ban appeal is umm a bit shorter in terms of waiting time to make another appeal and umm I hope that doesn't hurt my chances please I've shown you already that I've changed and matured I've been taking drugs for my bipolar stuff AND AND i'm really proud for this one! when I've felt like doing toxic shit guess what I FUCKING DON'T DO ANY TOXIC SHIT and like I'm so proud of that and I hope yall are too thank you so much for the chance to get another ban appeal and even if I don't get unbanned thank you so much for the amount of time I got to play on frg with my alt I'd say it was 100000000000% worth my 5$
