Worst trait by far, I understand the reasoning for having bad traits but this is just awful. If you can't tell you're being shot with the red indicators then I doubt you'll live long enough even without the muffle.
I propose making it sort of like a mini-voice comm blocker where it forces you into prox chat for its duration alongside its current trait.
This isn't too powerful as anyone nearby should be able to make out your words but it'd be a nice addition. It'd also be great for a nice stealthy weapon such as the honeybadger or TMP.
Give me feedback or propose other ideas in the comments, Thanks.

So I get that its not exactly dropping as often as when the crates were around but atleast look at the fact +9 as a crowbar no matter the stats still was stronger than a +10 doomscooper.
Most people look at them as ruined when its +10.

What do you guys think about a new weekly quest called: Weapon Expert 2.
This quest wouldn't replace the old one it would just be an extra quest in the pool. This quest would be just like the original but just run through
6 different guns: Bizon, Mac 10, P90, Galil, Mr-CA1, M1 Garand
I think it would give players more reason to use some of the newer guns.

(okay yes I get I've been posting a lot of suggestions, but that's just because motivation to actually suggest these ideas is high. I've been meaning to make these threads for a long time)
So. Grimoires.
I'll be taking these one at a time...
--The standard grimoire
Not much here. Just that for teleport to really be just a little bit better as I feel it should, I think it should allow you to switch weapons faster after using. That's about it.
--Grimoire of Bloodwynd
This one has had a lot of controversy. It's been changed a lot, given a lot of hate, a lot of love, and I think it should either be reverted or taken to a different direction.
Firstly is the fact that it, being the blue rune, doesnt even represent the bloodwynd rune anymore. It makes you crouch and look down... Honestly, it's not very good. Ask anyone with one to let you try it, the legendary healing orb has more generic use than this.
So, I have two ideas:
Make it levitate again. It doesnt need to shoot people into the air, but having people float just made it easier to use the book in a way that was useful. As long as it doesnt throw people into the air like it did before, it shouldn't have as many issues. To compensate for the lower height, you could have people's screen dragged upwards (to follow the same logic and having crouching bring your screen down)
My other idea would be to also give it the effect of the green rune, so that it would have a similar purpose like despair.

This has only been dropped once as of now, but everyone who's owned it has complained a lot about it.
Simply, just either lower the charge time, increase the damage from 25 to about 45, or allow it to switch to another weapon faster, since using it basically tells everyone around you that you're a traitor.

So
This was in a similar situation to "chance to give mobility boost on rightful kill", which was a 1/10 chance to give a 20ish% speed boost on rightful kill. Somewhat situational, not that great, and this trait received a buff, a "receive a 40% mobility boost on rightful kill".
And now there's the "chance to purge all negative status effect upon a rightful kill"...
Yeah, on paper, it might sound good, but in reality a 1/10 chance on rightful kill to purge a negative status effect that normally only lasts 7 - 25 seconds (phoenix time to max corro time), that's not very good at all.
Personally, I've had a daybreak with this trait for a very long time and usually get a lot of kills with it -- but I can say that I've never proc'd this trait.
Just, in simple having a chance to proc something that normally stops you from getting a rightful kill in the first place is very situational, and very unlucky to happen. (When your screen is blocked by fire, or covered with a green tint, usually makes killing people a little difficult)
Basically, it'd be nice if this could be changed to a 100% chance like the speed boost. My reasoning for this is that it's more situation than speed boost and will happen a lot less, and is rarer than speed boost, so it doesnt make much sense that it would be buffed in both chance and effect, and having this trait left alone for such a long time.

Can we honestly change the drop chance for the Blackdeath?
According to Fancy, he said it is 1 in 3 million, which is fucking way too much to get a end round godlike.
Maybe we could change it to something that isn't so crazy like double the chance of acquiring a Thrakos or Tart end round? It just seems like, yea the weapon is really good, but the fact that the chance to get it so high is really dumb IMO.
Also we should make it celestial, because it does the same thing as the Exotic bows, but also has a gravity aspect to it.
