When i clicked on this i thought it would be aids, but im down with this. Removes rng from scrolls with a rune, fair. Also it may be a waste of money when you use it, may be super helpful you'll never know. (And i think thats good so +1)

I've never been a fan of 9-10 stage Hard scrolls.
