Kaiju Rifle w/ Look down and Double shoot not damaging on proc

Okay, so, when I use my rifle, when i proc double shoot (i'm assuming it's double shoot, it might be look at feet too), my rifle deals no damage.
pretty simple but pretty annoying.

not a bug it shows the proc happen even if you dont hit them, so you think you are proccing when really you just missed your shot mate.

Not so sure about this.
If in the case i just boxed them, possibly, but most of the time i see blood whenever i hit them, usually directly in the head.

(Also, look at feet still does damage. It's just that whenever i get doubleshoot nothing happens.)

It will show the proc even if you miss, you can test that by shooting the wall or ground it will proc.

In your case you're probably getting unlucky and proccing double shoot on near hits
