Additions
•Killing the worm queen will now display the time it took you to defeat her and broadcast to the lobby if you get a new personal best. It will broadcast GLOBALLY if you get a new server best! Currently there is no server best, so it's up for grabs!
•Added 2 new achievements.

•Added a new "SYSTEM ANNOUNCE" System. This will broadcast certain messages to ALL servers AND to the shoutbox.
This will be used to broadcast rare drops, difficult achievements, announcements, and possibly 'new best times' for beating new events.

•Fixed the worm queen skipping death animations sometimes.

•Fixed several bugs with the worm quest and Worm Queen.
•Increased rarity of the sealed djinn.
