It's a unique badge, it shouldn't be something EVERYONE can get.

Must collect all badges.

All our current ones save Contribution and Trust were simply time-limited, and Contribution would be cool if it just put together map making, skin making, suggestions, etc. Then everyone can help out in their own way, even if they can't in others.

I think it should be a separate badge. More incentive to make skins. Although im trying to think if it should be given after one skin or a few are made by someone.
