Your inv is fine. The forums were down due to the webhost upgrading to PHP7. Which caused a lot of system meltdowns.
(You can always check if your inventory was actually wiped by going to your profile and clicking the "Inventory Tab". If it shows you have nothing equipped, then you should start worrying)
