Three things.
1. What does Harry Potter have to do with you being banned? You were a teacher, so were you fondling a student?
2. Like Kcat said, you should give more then zero reasons to join.
3. I don't know who the hell you are. Seeing how you joined three years ago, it would seem part of your time was in between the three years. It would be best that you have a good amount of time in the present, so folks can get to know you.
