If you're missing any textures that I have had something to do with, please download the following:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kw0nz3rcfawpmdr/FRGTextures.zip?dl=0
And extract the 'materials' folder to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\download\" then restart GMOD and the missing materials should be good.
This does NOT apply to missing 2D icons that were lost due to alt+tabbing.

What about the fact that it forces you to download the Dragon CF05 every time you join the server?

Also to anyone who is missing textures for the map ttt_waterworld all you need to do to fix the issue is go to these 2 websites and sign in through steam then click subscribe.
