Big Christmas suggestions - Vhoxel - 12-01-2018
Everyone likes presents, so here's more chrismas/ice themed weapons for everyone's enjoyment (or salt)
Legendaries
Frigid Tier
Accuracy: +10%
Clip: +3-5
Damage: +16-22%
Firerate: -10- -5% (Has a 1/8 chance to not have this stat)
Mobility: +5-8%
Stability: -25%
Reload Speed: -15%
Has a 1/4 chance to appear with walk on ice.
Has a 1/2 chance to appear with increased damage against guns with the walk on ice trait. 15-25% extra damage.
(Honestly, this is basically a scuffed jolly/frosty. Nothing interesting here.)

Upon killing a player with this, gain 25% of your health back. (Low chance to appear)
Holding E will allow you to eat the candy cane, which will increase your movement speed by 15% for 15 seconds. Once those 20 seconds expires, you will be hit by a sugar crash and have your movement speed reduced by 20% for 12 seconds

Snowball Cannon

Infinite Ammo
Putting a snowball, magic egg, bouncy, eclipsed with crescent blast or a djinn crystal will allow you to shoot a projectile at increased velocity and at a faster rate of fire. This will also allow the projectile to bounce more often if applicable.

Damage: 0-28% Increments of 7%
Firerate: 0-15% Increments of 5%

Mobility: 0-10 Increments of 3.33%
Reload Speed: -25- -10% Increments of 7.5%
1 in 2 to appear with the Walk on ice trait. (1/6.6 proc chance)
1 in 5 to appear with the Soul track trait with extended duration.
Upon a rightful kill, your next shot will 100% inflict the walk on ice trait to your target.
Can not appear with double shoot or final bullet.
Once fully leveled, the gun gains a new ability:
Aftee holding E for some times, the gun will begin to glow white and make a faint windy sound. This cannot be reverted.
In this state, all your shots you fire will do 0 damage. Instead, you will shoot blue tinted candy canes. Upon hitting 3 shots on the same target, he will die instantly and freeze into an ice statue.
After getting your first rightful kill in this mode, the hit requirements will be lowered to 2 and your candy canes will be tinted green.
After getting your second rightful kill in this mode, every shots will instantly kill and freeze your targets. Your shots will no longer fire candy cane but will instead shoot out a bright red laser beam going from you to your shot (even if you miss), which will expose your location.

I don't like how the rifle is insta kill after your second rifle kill. Seems extra op. Everything else seems pretty cool, and please add those cosmetics.

Eh, I think the rifle is fine. Its not like its a cheap way to get a kill, it actually takes some effort and its just something that is sorta cool.

I feel like a 100% chance for walk on ice is kinda dumb & the snowball launcher should not have a clip of over like 5 (honestly thinking of crap cannon from NTG?) But other than those complaints, these are pretty cool! +1
