Consider that the effect lasts a month when you bless yourself, you're effectively getting one aspect of VIP for 10k, and it stacks.
I kind of wanted the blessing yourself to be like a mini-VIP bonus but decided to cut it up due to it being OP if it stacked with VIP.
As for the trait, I know plenty of people who love their favorite weapon but would love it even more if it did something a bit more.
10k to max out your weapon is a god send for people who don't play enough or have a shitty weapon they want to level.

Dude, if you could add the bleed trait to double suffix guns that'd be feckin' awful. Please no, some of those guns are already brokenly overpowered.

It's a bit too good to be included.
