After reading what Jake has said and watching the video again it's obvious that this wasn't kos off location. He turned around and saw your name quick enough before you cloaked and called you suspicious, and once he called out your name it would be both clear to him and anyone else in the server who saw that, that you were the traitor, Kheyre. This is just some common sense being played out in TTT, and theres not any reason for anyone to be slain.
