Every 10 seconds it is above the target's head it has a 1 in 5 chance to turn into a thunderstorm, making lightning strike them. (Think much weaker Thrakos lightning doing about 10 damage.)

If a target dies to a Viral proc they will have a 1 in 2 chance of becoming any type of NPC Zombie. (The Victim will die and go into spectator. They will not ressurect just to clarify.) *Hold E to charge a Zephyr Tornado. (Tornado would last 10 seconds. Tornado sucks in props and throws them out violently causing extreme damage if they hit anyone. The Tornado would have a 1 in 5 chance every second to suck away 10 bullets of reserve ammo from anyone standing too close.)

You and your oppenent can now fight each other without outside help on either side. When the time runs out you will wake up in a random location, and your vision will be blurry for 3 seconds. (Vision during the Dream should be colorful like the lunar plane trait.)

When they touch a Wisp they either take 5 points of damage or gain 5 HP. (Wisps should look like small versions of the Souls from the Grim's collection quest, and about 6 Wisps should be fired in a line.) 30 Second Cooldown (To prevent spamming Wisps that forcefully make you move) (Maybe make it so you can spam E to break free of the wisps grasp if people believe this to be too trolly)

Lightning will do 20 damage per strike and when chained it will only do 10.)

*Hold E over a player to scan them. (Scanning a player will show you a weak-point somewhere on their body. If you hit the weak-point you will deal .5x more damage then what you normally would)

(Shoots out a beam like the light beam, but it does no damage and procs a random suffix.) 20 Second Cooldown.

It had to come out eventually!
*When below 50% HP you get a promt to release your agony in a straight beam taking 30% of your current HP. When the beam is shot out you are dazed momentarily, being unable to move and your screen will become hazy and distorted. The beam does 20 damage a second for anyone who stands in the path of it. (Think of the Lyrus beam in the matter of how it looks and acts.)

Crystal of the Dazed Djinn
Godlike Crystal 1 IN 4 CHANCE TO BE OBTAINED BY TAKING THE WISH "Ultimate Power"
The power might be too much to handle for a mortal...
*After taking fatal damage, you have a 1 in 50 chance to become a mortal vessel for Mammon. Being a Vessel gives you 75 hp and heavily increased mobility. You will lose your current weapons in exchange for "The Art of The Djinn" (Fists of the Djinn that hit faster and shoot Djinn Balls on every punch. You can perform the Mammon Ult. in the same way Fists shoot a djinn ball, but it will kill you instantly) Turning into a Vessel will make your screen turn grey and fuzzy. After 10 seconds of being a Vessel the power will overtake you, and you will die instantly.

Misc.

Relic of The Old War.
Primordial Misc.
*When you activate this Misc a Relic from The Old War will hover above you waiting for you to be attacked. Once you take 20 damage from an attacker the Relic will begin to hover over the person attacking you and begin to attack them, dealing 5 damage every 3 seconds until destroyed. (Think of the Esoteric robots when you think about how it would work. The Model should be the same one used for the Spark Pet.)

Holy Hand Grenade
Primordial Misc.
"O Lord, bless this thy Hand Grenade that with it thou mayest blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy."
*Acts like a grenade that does no damage, but when it explodes it will shoot out 8 light orbs in a circular motion. Once these orbs land they will last for 5 seconds before disappearing. As long as you are in radius of the orbs light you will be healed for 3 HP every second, but if you are touched by the orb as it flies by you will be lit on fire for 7 seconds.

*While holding out this misc it will occasionally open a rift in time, teleporting you to a location you have previously been to in the last 10 seconds.

Bloodletter
Legendary Misc.
An old method used by doctors during the plague.
*Bleed for 20 seconds dealing one damage every second, after the bleed is finished gain immunity to all suffixes for 10 seconds. (Will also cure any suffix you have procced on you at that moment.)

Pica
Rare Misc.
You shouldn't eat that!
*While hold this misc out you are allowed to eat guns that are on the ground by pressing E, in exchange you will gain 5 HP and 5 Ammo for your primary weapon.
*Careful! If you eat too many guns within 10 seconds you will vomit, losing 10 HP! (3 guns?)

Telekinesis
Primordial Misc.
*Allows you to lift props telekinetically from far distances by left-clicking. Allows you to throw props telekinetically by right-clicking. (Imagine something like Gravity Gun)

Water Balloon!
Rare Misc.
Summer Fun!
*After hitting the ground, it will make the ground slippery. (Possibly make it so you only get three per round to avoid spamming)
*If the Water Balloon hits a player procced with Pheonix, extinguish them.

*Throw out a crate that holds 100 Ammo. (Ammo Crates should just be the same ones used in Grim's Lab.)

*Throw a Frisbee with a chance 1 in 3 Chance to stun your target for 1 second, making them unable to shoot or move. Will also make the Frisbee go into their weapon selections.

Of Radiation
*1 in __ Chance for target to become Irradiated for 10-15 Seconds. Radiation will cause the targets gun to "Mutate" every 5 seconds, changing a stat's precentage. Radiation can spread from person to person similarly to Contagion but their gun's mutations will be much smaller and harder to notice. (Radiation will cause a light ticking noise in the ears)

Trait
*1 in 25-40 chance to promt you to fake your death, making you go invisible for 6 seconds to move away from your attackers while leaving behind an idable body. After faking your death you will be unable to fire your weapon for 10 seconds when you leave your invisibility period. (Headshots will 100% remove the chance of someone being able to fake their death)

Trait
*1 in __ Chance to fire a small missle that will explode dealing 10-15 aoe damage. (5 Second Cooldown)
