Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I think I've done a good job. I've rarely ran into problems I haven't been able to handle. I've made a few mistakes for sure but I feel a lot more confident than when I was just promoted. But if I'm doing any major things wrong hopefully I can get some constructive criticism

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): During the time i'm on, I feel I do a fairly adequate job. But now that I work full time, I find myself responding to less @staff posts on the discord since they usually happen during working hours or while I'm busy making dinner/dying.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): In most situations, I feel like I am able to respond promptly to people disrupting the server intentionally. I do feel like I am a bit slow in responding to reports as I try and let +members handle them, but I feel that is best in most situations. As far as my duties as a staff member, I feel like I carry them out as I should and, if this isn't the case, I would like to hear how I can do better.

Even then I've often skimped out on doing it cause someone else was quicker. I've already considered stepping down but seeing how there's no real harm in me staying as a mod I opted not to. And yeah I'm currently taking a break from FRG.

So problems rarely arise, and when they do 99% of the time they are solved without issue. However, I find that the biggest problem I have is the fact that I'm not good at being decisive. When situations arise where one side isn't 100% in the wrong I find it hard to take action since I don't like to make people angry, even though the situation calls for it. Aside from that, I believe I have done my job to the best of my abilities.
