			<description><![CDATA[The fools world and the last prayer work off the same concept, both are six shooters that essentially are just alternatives to deagles. The difference? One is better than the other in every aspect, which in sure all of you can guess which one.<br />

The fools world shoots just as fast as the last prayer right click .(the last prayers unique ability) the fools world has much more accuracy, better stability, better firerate, faster reload speed, and yeah, it also gets a shield. The last prayer on the other hand is worse that say a prim like the scarlet in just about every way. So something needs to be done to make these two unique without having one left in the dust.<br />

Proposed changes:<br />

			<description><![CDATA[Look, I know most people just shard this weapon, but as a user of the weapon, I find it annoying that at the start of the game, I need to reload my inventory, and then reload my weapon to have enough ammo to last the round. I don't know why it spawns with 4 in the clip when the max is 12, but it's gotten me killed a few times because I forgot to reload at the start. It's not asking much, and it'd make sense to do. 			<description><![CDATA[As they stand now, they're probably one of the least used T items due to them being unusable. Since I know that Brass has been recording how much T/D items are being bought, I would like to know what place they're at.<br />

The idea of the barnacle is to get them stuck in a place that eventually gets them killed if no one comes. It was basically a bear trap. Lets look at what was changed about them:<ul>
<li>Can't buy more than one</li>
<li>The person in it can use their weapons now.</li>
<li>No placing it above teleporters.<br />
</li></ul>

Not only that but barnacles die instantly to a melee attack, don't have good enough hitboxes to use reasonably, and will never kill someone. With how much mobility an average weapon has, there's no way a full health person will die on a medium sized map if they couldn't use their weapon.<br />

Bear trap essentially got a redesign that leads to the same thing the previous bear trap mechanic was. Nothing really changed in terms of gameplay for the bear trap because you still can't kill for anyone being near it, so you'll die regardless. My nerf proposal is 1 damage ever 0.5 seconds in the hole.<br />
This will show up in logs of them hitting folks. Also, it will make the Aezurth inline of most position manipulation procs. Such as Grimore, Plasma Net, and CCD Proc.<br />

2. Remove the damage from the shield. The first two weeks after its release is when I saw the shield being used properly. Nowadays, thanks to the Flashback Crate, it is mainly used as karma-free rdm/Tbait/droppinginfrontofpeopleforfun. Consistently I've seen and been affected by the penises just dropping it for no reason. Yes, you can kos them if they're using for malicious reasons. But in the end, it's hurting your karma and not theirs. Yes, this will nerf the once in a blue moon use where the T doesn't take 20 damage over 5 seconds. However, there are more Oracles being added to the game. This will be an issue later on.<br />

3. Putting a cap on the fire rate. When it fires faster than a mini-uzi, I start to question life. Jokes aside, it is kinda ridicules that it can go through its entire clip in one second. I just want something that doesn't allow going through a clip in a second.<br />

Broke it up cause not everyone will agree. "1 is reasonable, 2 and 3 is complete shit" ~Oracle owners.<br />

Here's the deal about it.<br />

I've complained about it a few times, but its literally for the small stuff that just makes using it a detriment, turning it into something that feels just godawful to use.<br />
<br />
I like the weapon, and I'm fine with its suffix chance being nerfed.<br />
However, the issues at hand aren't stat-wise.<br />
<br />
Problem A) The dusty scope<br />
Unless I pull a Nivendo and turn my brightness to be as bright as Bezerker's faith, I'm unable to use the scope on poorly-lit maps due to the dust actually making it impossible to realistically see anyone without their nametag showing up. I know Tobiasx added it to make it feel more aesthically pleasing due to the way the rest of the gun looks, but it actually hurts the ability to use the weapon.<br />
<br />
Problem B) Poor animation timing<br />
I'm not sure if this can get fixed, but due to the fact the grimoire book's animation speed is changeable I'm assuming this is, too.<br />
The animations for the Enigma are timed in very negative ways. Firstly, its firerate is faster than the reload animation leads to believe, so your gun doesnt really align with your screen, nor when you're ready to fire, making it feel just quirky to take advantage of its somewhat fast firerate.<br />
And secondly, after you reload the gun decided to like sway around, so if you reload then try to scope in again to kill someone you're in a firefight with, you have to deal with your scope like scooping around your screen a bit, which makes the already odd scope just terrible to aim with for that first shot.<br />
<br />
And if you want my personal opinion on how to buff the weapon to make it feel right for its rarity (although it was originally a prim), do something like make it reload faster. Its unique reload to where its reload time depends on how many bullets youre putting back in is really cool (and something most people probably dont know about), but due to the fact the gun only has 5 bullets, i feel like this unique reload idea could be played on more by just making its reload speed a little bit faster.<br />

This is fine by itself, however, the duration of this is super long and pauses the game. Traitors are stuck waiting for a while if there's no one else there and if other people witnessed it, you're an easy target. Being affected by it basically gives people free damage and is as if you were frozen by the Candy Cane Deagle, but you were able to take damage.<br />

This wouldn't be so much of a problem if there weren't so many guns that exist with it.<br />

All I'm asking is that you lower the time you're allowed to walk on ice a lot. Not even walk on fire has this kind of time, and people can prevent that from doing much. There's no other kind of mobility prevention in the server that I can think of that's as beneficial as walk on ice.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[So, the orb isn't a one-hit kill weapon and frankly, a rifle with a terrible crosshair combined with AWP-level sensitivity on a scope seems harsh. The damage is already pretty low considering its a rifle, but getting shots is very difficult. I can't prefer it over a "Normal" rifle, because it is that much harder to get headshots with.<br />

I don't know if both should be changed, but I'd like to see the "increased sensitivity" be removed, and perhaps the strange crosshair.<br />
