I have zero reason to attack or insult them for any reason.

I did apologize in voice coms as soon as i realize what i said, but from what I've heard it may have been a minute or two afterwards. I was in a bit of a daze and it may have taken a few for me to realize, apparently.

I also apologize to everyone about my toxicity lately. I've been getting on and off anti-depression meds (which make explain how i was feeling as well, thanks doc for NOT TELLING ME) which obviously causes mood swings. I'll be going on new meds after I meet with my doctor on Friday and hopefully these ones work with me, which is partially why I'm asking for the mute so I don't do stupid shit after this until i know the meds are working either.

Of course, over time I grew to like FRG and regret the dumbass decision I made, being locked out of the discord and not being able to become any rank or grow in the community has come back to bite me in the ass. I believe over time I showed that I'm a pretty chill dude, giving away items, and money and helping out newbies when I see them and able to. It is my biggest regret on FRG by a long shot and honestly, I think I could provide a lot of trading avenues and other important substance as I have been coding in GLUA and playing gmod for over 8 years now, about 15% of it being in FRG give or take. Posting various suggestions and even coding up scripts showcasing said suggestions to add more clarity and love to the suggestion. Lastly, I believe a second chance is warranted after all this time and through various posts seeing all sides of this situation and the community responding and giving their input.


Additional details: Not John Smith personally told me to create another discord appeal so here is my fourth one. My previous unban discord request was denied due to complications with the discord potentially being deleted by unbanning me, however, I did do some research and even contacted Discord about it, as long as the post is deleted and is not up for a sustainable amount of time, the discord is fine. They also stated they wouldn't ever delete a discord without giving a warning first and a notice (however some research yielded 50/50 results about this), stating to change this or get rid of this user. I can follow up with conversations with the discord ticket DMS and follow-up articles online as well. The biggest issue is that I cant get member rank or any for that matter, see changelogs, and or have a reliable way to see or do bounties and trades. That is the biggest issue since everything is done through Discord and forums are lackluster and lacking in that regard. If there is any way I can get back in Discord, that would be fantastic, Brass said he would do something about that and add more love to the forums in terms of the changelogs the last post but sadly haven't seen that yet, but hey, thanks for reading

Edit: Just found out hes lvl 243, people assumed he was a new player for some reason. Hes not a new player, and even if i knew who i was trading with and if he was a new player, how would I convince him that what I was offering was fair? I just wanted to offer what I was willing to pay. If he rejected it, I would offer more. Thats how trading and negotiating works. How would I even go about scamming on t/o let alone sharking?

What really happened?: Was not aware of the actual prices of items. I had previously been told bad prices of items and bought those items. Since I cannot seen t/o history myself nor any declines nor reports of previous offers on this item (Nor do i correctly recall since I dont memorize every trade I set up), this is based on a single screenshot from discord by kazen. I offered 2m coins and 1 pro easing rune. (Post looking up who actually offered the item: Appearently the item i was offering on was owned by Lemon. I dont know who this is, but appearently they are a new player? On t/o I can't see who offers the item, so there was no way I would have known. I had just logged in just to check the t/o updates for my account. I wanted to offer on frostfathers since I heard it was good in grims, since I want to grind grims solo sometime soon. I start my offers low then gradually increase my offer, as any trade negotiation would. I had no intentions nor idea this guy was a new player).

Additional details: I havent played in 4 years t/o completely new to me so I dont know if there is some command people are using to find information or what cause they appearently all know exactly who is trading with who and such which I thought t/o was supposed to protect you and the buyer against that. I thought t/o was a place to put up offers and just get declined if no one likes them. I would understand being reported for posting the same items again and again on the same item or being reported for giving 1 coin offers. How is it sharking if I don't even know the price myself, nor is the other player even a new player even if I had some way to find out who Im trading with?

I do not completely understand every item's worth, so I have to make personal judgements. Occasionally I will do my due diligence to check the prices of items with the people of FRG. Unfortunately, there are many people who do not understand the item market themselves and will provide bogus/false information, agree with bogus information, have no information on the subject matter, or leaves the question ghosted. For this item, I was told the base version was worth 2m coins, so I offered at the base price with the intention of going higher. Post trade-banned I realize this was a lie. The frostfather item in question I believe had lucky, chill, and 1/3 final bullet. After that offer I offered again at 6mil. I like to buy low and sell high, but I'm a lot more careful with my trades now than before, since coming back ive been scammed a lot and I understand that feeling.

As of now, I see that I misinterpretted how t/o is used. I used it as a way to negotiate items, since these were called "Offers." T/o should be viewed as the marketplace *for the most part, not entirely.* I post all my offers with the intention of negotiating. Instead I get reported, unknowingly, that I did something wrong. I do not recieve notifications, other than death threats for offers that I thought were good or negotiable.


T/o needs a warning system or way to inform or comment on your offer as well as a way to check your t/o history, finalizations, declines, current and previous offers. I thought t/o was meant to be an extension of !trade. I viewed that incorrectly. As a suggestion, I think T/o should have a warning of reports system and a way to inform buyers that their offer was reported for xyz reasons. I think t/o should have a comment system, a way to provide a short message to the seller, just like how the seller can submit a custom reason for declining an offer. ]]>

As seen in the ban appeal months ago i want to say sorry to the poor person that i harassed.
But as for this second appeal i want to further give reason for a second chance for myself.
At the time of ban i was about 14 years old. I was banned for extreme toxicity and targeted harassment.
I'm sure most people know that 12-15 year old males on the internet aren't the sharpest tool in the shed and are usually quite aggressive and toxic and i exemplified this. i was cruel and unjust. The person sheerly existed and that lit my fuse.
Again Unjust.
But i wish i could prove this to everyone in FRG that i have changed as a person within those 2 years. Funnily enough i am not too sure how i can prove other than just spending more time banned (most likely going to happen).
Two years to a young person can do a lot to them mentally because its quite a percentage of their overall experience. In these years i went to mental health care facilities because i was in a such deep depression (due to reason I'm not going to explain because that's just weird) . But i am going to say what depression does to an individual or at least what it did to me. It made always on edge, hateful, and overall non self-controlling. But since then i feel that i have changed for the better.
Again its hard to justify malice.
I want to say it was because i was extremely immature and ignorant for the fact that their is no other server or any other game out there really that even resembles something like FRG, Its something extraordinary that nothing can replicate.
But i'm going to say what i think is you're side of the argument.
"This Is obviously a lie"- If it is a lie hypothetically and then why would i go through all this effort to write an appeal like this ( You could just use chat gpt or sm shit) I'm not terribly sure how to prove that i typed this from sincerity. all i can say is that.
"Why should we even read let alone consider unbanning you?" Because i wish to exemplify that people can change, Even though overall this is just a gmod server its a place i can truly say its home away from home. Some people fail to see how somethings are incredibly important to others. I only remember happy memories with FRG.

What really happened?: I can't remember the details exactly but one day I rdmd Vhoxel, which I was banned for. I have no disputes with that ban, and I took full responsibility. After the ban, I told Vhoxel in discord as a joke that I was alt evading and he should ban me. Pretty stupid joke, but I wasn't really thinking that he would ban me without making sure I was actually alt evading (which I wasn't). Some time later, I found out that Vhoxel took my joke literally and actually banned me for alt evading. So, to add fuel to the fire, I insisted on alt evading blatantly with a family shared account and troll in the discord by showing a NordVPN logo cause I was annoyed. I understand that I should have just made an appeal, and I would've probably gotten it approved pretty easily, but I decided to be immature about it and I'm sorry for that. I would also like to apologize to Vhoxel for being petty about the situation. Even though I joke around with him most of the time, I shouldn't expect him to be so lenient with discussions surrounding alt evading, since it's a relatively serious offense.

TLDR: I was alt evading cause I was falsely banned for alt evading (not that it was Vhoxel's fault, it's not his job to discern my joking or not via text). I'm sorry.

After killing him i saw he was inno and checked the first body only to find he was a T. I appologized in VC and went on with my round and got trapped so i started shooting the thing trapping me and gmod crashed. I reloaded gmod and loaded up the server trying to get back in before the round ended so they didnt think i left but by the time i joined i was banned.

Additional details: Right off the bat, It has been just about 6 years. It is absolutely crazy how time is just unnoticeable sometimes. It's just so surreal how I find myself here again, 6 years later cooking up another appeal. I was known by initially as "Mr_Cheese" or "BiggieCheese." I used to spend most of my time on your servers back when I was still in school. I had major anger issues back then, which I took medication for. I've made 2 ban appeals, 1 back in 2018, and the next in 2019. The one in 2019 was denied, which was obviously a signal to let it go. Never would I have thought I'd be back here again. I wasn't planning on ever coming back here; Every time I get on Gmod, I have to look at the server in my history. It brings me back to the time where I played constantly, throwing balls around in the bouncy ball minigame, fighting bosses, unlocking crates and getting wicked cool items. I could not even begin to guess what has changed since then. I was 13 years old when I was banned. I'm now an 18 year-old Highschool graduate on my way to adulthood. The reason I am making this appeal, obviously because I want to play again, but also because I decided to try and join the server. 100% of the time when I try, I am greeted with a ban message. But this time, the game actually began to load and skip past the ban message. I was able to see the time it's been since my last time playing on the server. 5 years, 3 months, 4 weeks, 2 days, 16 hours, 36 minutes, and 43 seconds. That is such a large amount of time. Overall, I feel that maybe, and hopefully we can move past the old, enjoy the present, and look forward to the new. Seen as things are different around here, and a new community has risen; Maybe I can have a brand new fresh beginning. Thank you for reading.

Additional details: Right off the bat, It has been just about 6 years. It is absolutely crazy how time is just unnoticeable sometimes. It's just so surreal how I find myself here again, 6 years later cooking up another appeal. I was known by initially as "Mr_Cheese" or "BiggieCheese." I used to spend most of my time on your servers back when I was still in school. I had major anger issues back then, which I took medication for. I've made 2 ban appeals, 1 back in 2018, and the next in 2019. The one in 2019 was denied, which was obviously a signal to let it go. Never would I have thought I'd be back here again. I wasn't planning on ever coming back here; Every time I get on Gmod, I have to look at the server in my history. It brings me back to the time where I played constantly, throwing balls around in the bouncy ball minigame, fighting bosses, unlocking crates and getting wicked cool items. I could not even begin to guess what has changed since then. I was 13 years old when I was banned. I'm now an 18 year-old Highschool graduate on my way to adulthood. The reason I am making this appeal, obviously because I want to play again, but also because I decided to try and join the server. 100% of the time when I try, I am greeted with a ban message. But this time, the game actually began to load and skip past the ban message. I was able to see the time it's been since my last time playing on the server. 5 years, 3 months, 4 weeks, 2 days, 16 hours, 36 minutes, and 43 seconds. That is such a large amount of time. Overall, I feel that maybe, and hopefully we can move past the old, enjoy the present, and look forward to the new. Seen as things are different around here, and a new community has risen; Maybe I can have a brand new fresh beginning. Thank you for reading.

What really happened?:i was taalking about how i got my controler hooked up then people were like nice some guy jokeingly said something about it being bad and others were like dont lisen to him then i shot him a few times then he killed me i wasint mad at it then i walk away from my pc then come back and i get repoted for killing him how did i kill him if he killed me i dont understand then i put my bad gggggg
