stacking buffs from other sources w/ ocarina buffs = break game
such as class buffs and then ocarina buff makes guns 2 good
2 strong, outclasses other monthlies, should only offer one buff not 2.

Buff Stacking (not just for Ocarina) should definitely receive a cap.
And add cooldowns to buffs.

lots of little things that could improve it, those would help a lot. buff stacking is dumb, this isn't an mmo!
