Remove Despair from Rats in Grims

I think itd be cool if the rats proc'd contagion i think it would be fitting. also i said day 1 of the change the despair proc was causing physical pain to my eyes. its so bright and the colors clash so much that it just physically hurts. which i think brings up a point of changing any suffix/effect on the server that changes your screen to bright colors is an issue as people who have sensitive eyes, or issues with their eyes will be put into real pain from it
