New Trait/Suffix

essentially it's a trait/suffix where, when it procs they're unable to look around and are locked into the viewing position they were in when it proc'd, they can still move around just cannot turn they're vision in any direction for the duration of the effect. I was thinking the chance could be something like 1-8 to 1-20 or higher depending on how it plays out in ttt.

Sounds like it'd be better off as an effect for a unique weapon, getting shot in the back by a regular gun is enough of a death sentence for me already thanks.
