The point of it existing on TTT is to give more incentives to play TTT. Moving it to the lobby will just do what you complained about with other lobby things - "take people from ttt" as they will all type !lobby when they see it happening.

It happens sometimes once a day, usually days between, rarely twice in a day. It's really uncommon.
