So until I log in, the forum lay out is completely normal. It has the server logo and everything. But then I log in and it goes to the MyBB title and completely default everything. Why is this?

Click your name, go to edit options, find the board style and set it to "Revolution Theme", not "Default".
By name I mean the upper-right are, near Logout.

Well apparently it fixed itself. So whatever. Thanks anyways.
