Every consecutive shot hit applies a stack of Dissonance on the target, maxing out at 6.
*On reload consume all stacks and apply Soulrend to target. Making it impossible to heal and slowing deploy speed by 30% for Dissonancex10 seconds
*On kill consume all stacks and apply Spiritguard to yourself. Giving you a 25% damage reduction and -30% proc-rate for Dissonancex5 seconds.

No idea on stats since there are no czs to base it off.
I really like the idea of a weapon applying stacks that you can use up for some sort of effect.

CZ would be cool, I hate to say it but I liked it on moat a lot. I'd like it on here. Both of these are pretty good too.
